The ‘Divas on Wheels’ ladies only cycle challenge will take place on Sunday 12 June. It’s going to be a fantastic day and the organisers hope to get over 400 women signed up and pedalling across the Kent countryside, raising money for the wonderful Pilgrims Hospices.
The planned routes will start and finish at the Freewheel Pub and Cycling Cafe in Graveney, nr Faversham, where the organisers have built a Divas Village! Women can choose to ride either a 25 mile or 50 mile route taking them through some of the most beautiful country lanes in Kent.

There has been a huge growth in cycling and especially women taking up the sport so this is a great opportunity for women to join together and raise lots of money for Pilgrims Hospices care in east Kent. If you’re new to cycling have no fear as dozens of Bike Heroes will be on hand to lead smaller groups and also offer roadside repairs to anybody who needs it on the day.

There will be a lively atmosphere in the Divas Village and all ladies are guaranteed a warm welcome on their return to the village, as not only will there be post ride pampering available but also live music, homemade cakes and a well deserved barbecue.
